Ron's Garden Center began as a retail center in Sioux Center, Iowa in 1974 before changing its name to Greenworld. In 1985, we opened a second location in Texas, serving the entire state and surrounding states. In 2011, we relocated to Boyd, Texas. Ron graduated from Unity Christian School in Iowa and East Oklahoma State College with an associate degree in Forestry. Greenworld is the culmination of 40 years of his dedication and hard work. He successfully developed this company form a small town retail center into a well- established commercial landscape and irrigation company with extensive resources serving the entire United States. Ron and his wife Cherie live in Grandbury, TX.
Travis Rodenburgh, President

Travis graduated from Abilene Christian University
in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. Having been involved with the family business for most of his life, he joined the company fulltime in 1998. He became President in 2010 and assumed ownership of Greenworld Inc. in 2013. Travis received his irrigator's license in 2001 and maintains current OSHA certification. He and his wife, Roxana have one child and reside in Roanoke, TX.

In loving memory for one of our top employees. Jerry was always much more an employee; he was a great friend. Jerry had been with Greenworld for 27 years. His absence will be
felt for the rest of our lives. He was loved by all that worked with him. Left behind are his wife Pam, three children and 7 grandkids.
His is a legacy that will never be forgotten.

Shyla Shaw, Chief Operations Officer
Shyla joined Greenworld in 2013. She is a member of the American Bookkeepers Association and the American Notary Association. Shyla is certified in payroll, office management, and is a YMCA certified Educational Trainer. She and her husband Mark live in Paradise, TX. They spend their free time helping neighborhood senior citizens with their projects, fishing, reading
and enjoying time with their two daughters
and grandchildren.
Ernesto Baldelamar, Foreman
An employee of Greenworld since 1994, Ernesto manages his crew with dedication and efficiency. He maintains an OSHA certification. Aside from his very sociable personality, Ernesto's favorite hobby is gardening. He enjoys making and keeping all things green. He and his wife have 3 children and are members of the St. Luke's Catholic Church.
Christy Kinard, Accounting
Christy joined the Greenworld team in 2024. She has worked in accounting for the last decade and is a member of the American Notary Association. She lives in Sunset, TX with her husband, Bobby, and their three daughters. She enjoys reading, traveling, and baking in her free time and is very involved in her daughters’ extracurricular activities; dance, cheer, and softball.
Lisa Mathes, Project Coordinator
Lisa joined Greenworld in 2019. She is a gardener
and photographer with several published
photographs. Her work has been featured in a
local art gallery. Lisa lives in Paradise with her
husband and two children. She enjoys fishing
and youth sports with her kids.
Patience Barnes, Project Coordinator
Patience lives in Sunset TX & is a ‘05 AHS Grad where
her Sophomore & Senior attend. She loves more than
anything to be around them and her Husband enjoying
outdoors like hunting, fishing, horseback riding, working
on the land. Nothing makes her happier than to be aside their dad watching them do what they love most like play baseball, make charcoal art pieces and fish. Most of all, she loves The Lord Jesus Christ and has an in-depth relationship with Him while teaching her boys how to have the same.
Jerry Farias, Development Manager
Jerry was originally from South TX, and he now resides in Arlington. He has returned to the landscaping profession during the last 12 years. Jerry spends time outdoors studying plant life in natural surroundings. He has a passion for catching fish in remote locations, BBQ and enjoying friends and family. Love, Live, Laugh.
Luke Rodenburgh, Shop Super
Luke has been with Greenworld since 2014.
He is a graduate from Lincoln Technical College and has 20 years experience in his field. He enjoys spending time with this two boys, snow skiing and anything outdoors.
Shelby Marwitz, Purchasing
Shelby is active in the Boyd community and loves to be a part of such an amazing area. When not at work you can find Shelby at the Baptist church or spending time with her daughter. She loves family time and country music.
Brittany Armstrong, Project Coordinator
Brittany has been with Greenworld since March 2024. She enjoys spending her free time with her 4 dogs and her 3 grass puppies (cows). She is a plant/cactus enthusiast and loves going to plant expo's.
Andrea Ray, Pre-Construction Director
Andrea joined Greenworld in 2023. She has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. She resides in Springtown with her 3 children and enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and collecting antiques.
Jesus Barron, Foreman

Jesus joined Greenworld in 1991. He is a licensed irrigator and maintains current certifications in OSHA safety and the American Traffic Safety Services Association. Jesus is cross-trained in all areas for any given project. Family is his most important pastime. He and his wife, Elba have 3 children and 1 grandchild. They reside in Arlington, TX and are members of St. Mattthew's Catholic Church.
Casey Brewer, Administrator
Casey joined the Greenworld team in 2024. She lives in Sunset with her husband, Dustin and their three boys. She is very involved in the community and spends most of her time at church and doing outreach. She is an active member of Countyline Cowboy Church & Arena in Sunset. She enjoys activities with her family, antiquing and going to her boys games.
Shawn Hampton, Purchasing
Shawn joined Greenworld in 2025. He has 30 years in the Nursery and Landscape industry. He loves his quiet country life in Runaway Bay with his wife. They are recent "empty nesters" enjoying time with just themselves and their bulldogs. He is a proud father of 4 and grandfather to 4! "I am beyond grateful to have successful, self-reliant grown kids, they're my greatest accomplishments."
Caroline Lomprey, Project Coordinator
Caroline joined Greenworld in June of 2024, she has a little over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, involving operating and management. She enjoys spending time with family, pickleball, boating, painting, photography, repurposing projects, and creative art. She and her husband live outside of Bridgeport near Runaway Bay, and enjoy spending time with grandchildren when not working.

Tiffany has been with Greenworld since 2021.
She is a married Mom of five.
She loves relaxing in the outdoors.

doing DIY projects around the home.

Emma joined Greenworld in 2024. She grew up around the Wise County area. Emma enjoys spending time with her dog and her closest friends. She also enjoys all things western and attending rodeos in her free time.
